Ni Putes Ni Soumises is the amazing women's rights organization in Paris, France where I am working as a Human Rights Fellow for a year.
They organized a protest to support Rayhana, the French-Algerian playwright who was attacked recently in front of the theater where she was performing her play, which speaks out against obscurantism and the religious oppression of women in Algeria. The perpetrators attempted to set her on fire.
This is the link to the piece at Daylight Atheism plus some pics of the protest.

Blood Transfusion Foe Defies Party on Health Care Bill
This is a parody of the recent NY Times interview with Rep Bart Stupak of Michigan.
I replaced Bart with a JW Rep introducing an anti-blood transfusion amendment to the health care bill.
Sometimes it helps people to see the real issue when it isn't a mainstream Xtian doctrinal element being imposed upon the American citizenry in direct contravention of the Establishment Clause of our Constitution.
Enjoy.

Just So You Know
Those thoughts you think while you read newspaper articles about witch doctors in Africa who sacrifice children to the tree spirits -- that's what I'm thinking when you tell me about your conversations with Jesus and the favors he bestows upon you.
