I have decided that it is much harder to not die and not kill for someone whom you have loved and lost than it is to die and kill for him.
But, I would do anything for you, Jacob.
Anything. Even withstand the pain. Because I'm your big sister.
If only I could do something to bring you back.
I will always love you, Jacob.

I Left My Heart in DC
I will always love you, Jacob.
You will spend eternity guarding over our great national monuments in Washington DC.
Everywhere I go, baby brother, you will be with me.
The whole world will be your final resting place. All of the most beautiful and wonderful places in the whole wide world.
You deserve nothing less.
Your big sister is taking care of you.

Remembrance of Things Past
Tell yourself this, too, for it is a kind of pleasure to know that you will never love less, that you will never be consoled, that you will constantly remember more and more. -- Proust
I will always love you, Jacob. I will never be consoled.

Thank you, French Senate!
Thank you to the French Senate for standing up for women everywhere!
I hope more countries follow France's example and say no to gender apartheid and gender segregation and gender slavery in the public space and say yes to gender equality and secularism and the full recognition of the humanity of women!
Woo hoo! Go France!

I Left My Heart in Montreal
I will always love you, Jacob.
You will spend eternity in the Saint Lawrence River in the Old Port of Montreal.
It is a beautiful place. I am happy to know that you will be there always.
