Recall Walker!! Recall Walker!!

The Wisconsin State Constitution has this wonderful provision, which allows Wisconsin citizens to recall their elected representatives after one year of service.

The only problem with that being that it can only occur after one year, and Walker just took office.

Still -- nice to get the ball rolling on that idea.  It can't happen overnight anyway.

Can the WI State Senate 14 stay out of Wisconsin for a whole year?
